Production time

Standard production is about 2 weeks from the moment you approve your mockup (faster turnaround available with express shipping). Production does not begin until approval, so the clock starts when you say yes, not when you first enquire.

Shaker bottles are produced with closure systems specified before decoration: threads cut to engage fully, sealing gaskets seated within the lid rather than located on the container rim, and positively locking flip closures, with production samples tested filled, closed and inverted rather than described as leakproof; mixing mechanisms are supplied as stainless steel wire whisk balls, moulded captive agitators or captive mesh inserts, with the mechanism recommended in writing according to the powder the customer intends to use and wire balls supplied in stainless steel only, never plated steel; plastic containers are produced in BPA-free copolyester specified to resist hazing and staining, with wide mouth apertures and interior geometry specified for cleanability and top-rack dishwasher suitability, and no claim is made that any plastic container is odour-proof under prolonged exposure to protein residue at elevated temperature; insulated containers are double-walled vacuum stainless steel with bare interior surfaces and are decorated by laser engraving rather than print; decoration processes for plastic containers are selected for a flexing wall so that applied graphics do not crack at flex points; storage-stack compartments are individually threaded and gasketed and tested independently of the primary closure; shaker bottles are supplied as mixing containers only and are not blenders and are not represented as emulsifying, crushing or blending; and programme customers’ colourways, closure and mechanism selections, and decoration methods are held on file so that reorders and seasonal colourway drops match previous production exactly.

Express turnaround

If you are working to an opening, a wedding or an event date, tell us the date when you request the quote. Express turnaround is available on most products and we will confirm in writing whether your date is achievable before you pay.

Delivery

Orders ship from the United States by ground carrier, with transit typically running 2–5 business days depending on distance. You receive tracking as soon as the shipment leaves. Expedited air service is available on request.

Addresses and split shipments

Double-check your shipping address before approval — carriers charge to redirect a shipment in transit and we pass that cost through at cost. We can split one order across multiple locations; just tell us the breakdown when you order.

Lost or damaged shipments

If tracking stalls or a carton arrives damaged, contact us with photos and we will open the carrier claim and reprint or refund the affected portion. You do not have to deal with the carrier yourself.
